To improve the health and well-being of the people in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland by providing high quality,  integrated pathways

• 2013 – 2014
•Developed a hub and spoke model for lower limb clinics
•Agreed non-complex venous leg ulcer, complex venous leg ulcer and mixed aetiology pathways
 
•2014 - 2015
•Partnership working with the University of Nottingham, LOROS Hospice for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland and 3M Health Care
•LPT joined a body of local and national stakeholders to develop a chronic oedema Integrated Care Pathway
 
•2015 – 2016
•Point prevalence study in chronic oedema and wounds
•Chronic Oedema Integrated Care Pathway pilot
