This case report describes the management of angulated zygomatic implants to restore facial support in a patient with severe alveolar bone deficiency. The anatomic location of the zygoma relative to the planned tooth positions results in implants emerging at extreme angulation and presents additional challenges in managing ill-defined soft tissue borders. The final planned prosthesis used were bar overdentures in the maxilla and mandible. Modifications were made to the maxilla overdenture in the designing phase to ensure that the patient achieved her desired lip and facial support.
