Case report

We report the multidisciplinary anaesthetic management of a primigravida with an incomplete C5/6 spinal cord injury sustained as a result of domestic violence, highlighting the planning, intrapartum strategies, and postpartum considerations employed to ensure safe delivery while minimising the risk of autonomic dysreflexia.
