The impact of hypodontia on oral health-related quality of life is substantial and is predicated by gender. Appearance concerns are the predominant impact, but functional impact appear to rise with age.  Tooth agenesis has a significant psychosocial impact on the oral health related quality of life (OHRQofL) of patients. The impact of tooth agenesis is independent of gender, ethnic group and socioeconomic status.We can use dental implants to replace congenitally missing single, multiple or full arch dentition. Replacing missing teeth with implant supported fixed prosthesis have the most positive impact in patients OHRQofL
