pediatric craniocynostosis surgery is potentially a hemorrhagic procedure and blood loss may cause serious problems in small children. Tranexamic acid is introduced to reduce perioperative blood loss in craniocynostosis surgery and become more popular recently but the evidences that support the role of Tranexamic acid in pediatric neurosurgery are limited.
